BLOOM & BREATH WORKSHOP - Limited Spaces available
Join us for a gentle and heart-opening yoga session woven with pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to awaken your inner creativity and deepen your sense of connection. In celebration of Mother’s Day month, this special practice is designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and open your heart — preparing you to create with intention and presence during our beautiful dried flower wreath making that follows.
After approx 75mins of yoga with Alexandra from Nidhi Yoga Ohope (formally Align and Nourish) we will take a short break while we set up for the dried flower wreath making workshop. While you wait there will be delicious morning tea provided by Chilli and Thyme.
No experience needed — just come as you are, ready to move, breathe, and connect.
