Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday/Rāhina to Friday/Rāmere and 10am till 1pm on Saturday/Rāhoroi. Sunday/Rātapu we are closed.

To get the most out of your flowers, we recommend following these steps:

• First, remove your flowers from their packaging, especially around the base of the stems. Re-cut the stems at an angle, about 2cm away from the ends.
• Next, fill a clean vase with cold water. Remove any foliage that may end up underwater and place your flowers in the vase.
• Finally, try to keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat such as fireplaces or heaters. Also avoid placing them near fresh fruit.
• Check the water level in the vase and replenish it frequently.

Most floral arrangements will last between 4-7 days . This is dependent on the types of flowers used and the level of care they receive. Some of our cut flower varieties like Dahlia, Cosmos, Poppy etc can have a shorter vase life.

• Keep them dry, they don't like water or moisture.
• Place them in a nice dry spot in a room and avoid direct sunlight.
• Sunlight will fade the colours from dried and preserved flowers.
• Treat them gently, they can be quite delicate and will keep
  their shape with gentle handling.  

All our floral arrangements are made fresh to order, using the best seasonal flowers and foliage we have available on the day.

For our themed arrangements, such as the Clara, Milly, or Lottie bouquets, the colouring, style, and value of the arrangement will be the same as what is pictured, although the actual blooms used may differ.

For any product labelled ‘Florist’s Choice’, may not be the same as what is pictured. However, the value will still be the same.

If there is a genuine problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly replace or refund any faulty items; however, we reserve the right to investigate any claims.

Some very rural/outer areas are excluded at our checkout. To check we can deliver your order, type your delivery postcode at the checkout. If your area is not included please phone us we may be able to assist you further.

Yes! You can choose your delivery date at checkout.

All orders to residential addresses will be delivered between 10:00am and 6:00pm on your chosen delivery date.

Orders to business addresses will be delivered between 10:00am and 3:00pm. Please indicate whether you are delivering to a business address by including the business name at checkout.

If you are needing your bouquet delivered at a certain time, please add this in at "Notes" section at checkout.

We will endeavor to deliver at your selected time, or as close to it as possible.

At this stage we do NOT deliver outside of the Eastern Bay of Plenty.

Our website uses postcodes to determine whether an address falls within our delivery area or not.

Unfortunately, there are parts of some areas that have postcodes with very rural areas that we don’t deliver to, please ring our shop to order.

Yes. We offer Same Day Delivery Monday - Friday only. Saturday and Sunday are excluded. Our order cut off for guaranteed Same Day Delivery is 12pm.

If you order after our 12pm cut off there is a chance your order will be delivered the following business day.

Yes we offer our local customers click and collect. Our team will email you once your order is ready for collection.

Yes - We do flowers for every occasion! Our talented florists can help you with flowers for all your special occasions and events, from Baby showers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Get Well, Thank you and Sympathy.

If there is no one home to receive the flowers, our driver will leave them in a safe and secure spot (if available) and make sure they are hydrated in a boxed vase or old recycled jar. This is where a contact telephone number for the recipient can be very useful!

If you want to ensure your bouquet is kept hydrated, if you think the recipient may not be home for a lengthy period of time we recommend ordering a Vox Vase with your bouquet.

We understand that wedding flowers seem expensive when compared to what you have probably spent on a quick bunch of flowers from the supermarket, a florist, or even us in the past. However, it is important to remember that when it comes to wedding flowers you are not purchasing a product, you are ordering a service.

There is no conspiracy, no “automatic upcharge just because you mentioned a wedding” – wedding and event flowers cost more simply because they require more work. From the initial consultation and early design stages, through to ordering and preparing the flowers, constructing the final product, and setting up on the day – not to mention all the logistics involved in this process – wedding orders take a great deal of time, labour, planning, and care on our end, as do flowers for any other event.

Take your bridal bouquet, for example. While your everyday bouquet gets taken home to be placed in a vase, wedding bouquets need to be carefully styled to look right from all angles when being held, while also being sturdy enough in construction to keep their shape as they get jostled about in your hands. The flowers used in wedding bouquets also have to be incredibly fresh, as they need to last all day out of water.

Flowers are seasonal and as such prices can change drastically depending on the time of year. It is also worth noting that the flowers you see on Pinterest, Instagram, and in bridal magazines are typically premium blooms. Popular flowers such as peonies, roses, and proteas can carry a price-tag of up to $30 per stem – and even more if out of season. If you want your flowers to look exactly like that beautiful Pinterest photo, chances are it is going to set you back.

The best way to keep costs down is to be flexible, the more you can leave things up to us, the better we will be able to fit into your budget. Yes! We offer a lovely range of gift baskets on our website. However, if there is something different you’d like, our staff will happily create a special gift basket just for you. Give us a call at the shop and we can discuss the options available.

Yes, all bouquets come with a complimentary card (basic) with a message that you can specify on the cart page prior to checkout. This can fit a maximum of 20 words. We also sell larger gift cards if your message is longer.

We can work with you to create a customised bouquet if you know exactly the style/colour you are after, and you can add on extras to your flowers such as chocolates, or a scented candle to make your gift even more special.
