Extra virgin, cold-extracted, made from Galega, Cobrançosa and Picual olives — obtained directly from the fruit, by mechanical means only, with an acidity of just 0.3%. A Limited Edition bottled in partnership with Caves São João, producing in Portugal since 1920, and winner of a Design Award 2026. Pour it over warm bread, into a salad, or straight into a fried egg — this is oil made to be used, not admired from a shelf. Once it's empty, the bottle keeps going: rinse it out and reuse it as a water carafe, a vase, or refill it from your own olive oil for the dispenser. Product of Portugal. 500ml.
