This is an ever popular cake on our cake menu so I thought I would share the goodness with you all. It is beautifully soft cake with seasonal fruit of your choice, we recommend pears, feijoas, and apples but you could use anything you love with sticky date.
Or even leave the fruit out. It has warming spices and it perfect served warm as a pudding or cooled and iced as a cake. As the cooler evening are upon us it is a wonderful evening treat.

Dairy free option, refined sugar free.
What you need: eggs, butter/coconut oil, yoghurt/coconut cream, seasonal fruit.
